One of Mr. Scotland's main goals is to maintain an honest and sincere input with his clients, and Jacmel Enterprise Inc. staff. Mr. Scotland has his Associates of Science in Network Administration and Security obtained from ASA College and he is also certified in A+, CCENT and Security+.
